What are the problems:


1. The education system is outdated and does not meet the needs of today's society. Back in the history of human education, the K12 education system in the world today was first invented by the Prussians in the 18th century. At that time, this was undoubtedly a revolutionary spirit, and many people who could not go to school realized their dream of studying. In the first half of the 19th century, the United States basically copied the Prussian education system. In 1892, the 10-member committee led by the then president of Harvard University determined the standardization of K12 education. 3, the test mode feedback is lagging, easily lead to leaving the team. The school examines whether the mastery of the knowledge points is verified by the test. The teacher will tell you that the test tests your level of memory and understanding of the knowledge points to a certain extent. But in fact, there are a lot of questions in the exam: it doesn't reflect your potential in this homework. It doesn't necessarily understand the depth of understanding. The exam can't reflect the long-term maintenance of your learning effect. It is probably a short-term memory. It is also impossible to tell you whether the thinking process is correct or not. The result of the test is 80 points. It may mean that the students have no understanding of a certain knowledge point, but it is OK from the score. The problem is ignored. 4, heavy homework reduces interest in learning, boring exams are disgusting. The existing "quality education" in China allows students to do a lot of homework every day. Teachers of various subjects compete for the time after the students go home, and many of the contents of the meeting need to be repeated. Math books, workbooks, application questions, exams, and various repetitions make students extremely disgusted with such repeated physical labor. How to solve these problems: skilled education + deliberate practice + holistic learning


1, sophisticated learning method. The so-called sophisticated learning method is to fully understand the concept of previous learning before students enter the more difficult learning stage. This principle is simple and straightforward, but in fact the current education system does not support it. In the current standardized learning system based on class, it is impossible for all children to be equally smart and focused, so the instructor can only take care of the level of most children. 2, deliberate practice. What are the problems ?


1. Being influenced by my parents, I feel that I don't have to learn at work.
